At Zaimir, we strive to provide the best products and services. However, if you wish to return or seek a refund, please review our policy below.

The policy defines:

(a) When you may return goods purchased, subject to a valid reason;

(b) When a refund may be obtained for goods purchased, subject to conditions;

(c) The time frame for canceling orders.

While we ensure returns, refunds, and cancellations are available to our customers, we have placed certain restrictions to meet our business, legal, and contractual obligations.

What can be returned and when?

You may return a product if:

• You received a faulty or defective product (damaged or incorrect item).
• You received a product different from what you ordered.
• The product is not as described on our website.
• You received the wrong size.
• You are unsatisfied with the product for a valid reason.

IMPORTANT: For complaints regarding faulty delivery (stolen product, damaged package, empty package), you must provide an unboxing video for your complaint to be processed. Without a video, no claims will be entertained.

Products that CANNOT be returned:

• Used, worn, washed, or soiled items.
• Branded products once the seal is broken.
• Consumable products once the seal is broken.
• Bulk orders like large sets of items.
• Custom-made products (e.g., tailored clothing, personalized accessories).
• Items purchased during sales or discounts.

Conditions for returning products:

• Products must be in their original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Products must be unsoiled and unused.
• Replacement will depend on stock availability.

Refund Eligibility

To raise a dispute, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9864059530. Your message must include the product name, order ID, and a detailed description of the issue. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the product. After approval, you must return the product within 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours.
• Custom-made orders cannot be canceled.
• If an order is not dispatched, we may cancel it at our discretion upon request.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
